All our orders are shipped using UPS Express service, so our shipping times goes from 1-2 to 3-4 days world wide.
We offer a flat rate of 25 euros for all orders world wide, we're losing money with that flat rate but we can sacrify our margins just to bring you the products fast, cause we consider fast shipment is really important for you.
We're shipping from inside the European Union so if you're inside the EU you don't need to worry about customs fees.
Refund Policy. All sales are final. FPVSystems make sure you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you believe the product you purchased does not match your requirements or expectations you must contact us and we will exchange the product for one with similar parameters. Do not under any circumstances return a product before receving prior authorization from FPVSystems. If after consulting with us we still cannot supply you with a product that meets your requirements, we will issue an RMA number based on which you must return the product for a refund in its original resalable condition. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge up to 20% of the value of the product. The refund will be issued only after we received, inspected the product and determined that it is in resalable condition. All other refund issues will be considered at a case by case basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management based on prior agreement with the customer. We encourage you to contact us if you have any issues with payments, orders and we will resolve the issue at your satisfaction.
